Hi, the game for some reason unknown to me crashes, but it is not a factor that depends on me, also because it is the only game in which it happens. Once the game crashes and I restart it, when I try to reconnect to the game it tells me error and that I was thrown out of the sessions, and does not let me reconnect now I have two hours of ban because of this thing so please solve the problem or at least remove the two-hour ban.

Sorry to hear about these crashes you've encountered, & I completely understand the frustration it has caused. Aside from the connectivity error messages you have received, do you receive any error messages when the crashes occur? If so, please provide a screenshot of the error message or code, so that I can take a closer look.

@jdgdredd Thank you for sharing that information! My apologies that the disconnections are occurring for you and I appreciate the steps you have already taken to attempt to resolve this. If you verify your game files and give this troubleshooting guide a try with any steps you have not completed; do you notice any improvements?

Capturing screenshots or videos of the issue as it occurs is very helpful for further investigation and testing by the dedicated teams.

It sounds like you have been experiencing some connectivity related issues and we have several articles explaining how to best troubleshoot your connection which I will now share.
