I'm sorry to hear you were disconnected from your match in R6S. Please note that your temporary in-game sanction has been applied due to your disconnection; this is not an error, and it cannot be removed. Additionally, the system put in place for the MMR adjustment doesn't allow for modification, we will therefore be unable to add MMR to your account.
