so i have sound at the main menu but once i get to the screen to pick my operator for the match i lose sound completely and in the match i have no sound. i preorder the game and not had this issue before.

@daisukeserizawa Greetings and thank you for the report. As a first step, I recommend verifying game files in Ubisoft Connect.
In addition, would you please attach an image of your game sound settings? Once provided, I'll be able to look into this further for you.

Thanks for the image. Just to clarify something, you mentioned you've not had this issue before. Do you mean that the sound was working correctly with this game previously and just recently started happening, or did you mean you just haven't had this issue before with other games?
Can you also let us know if you have the same issue if you can test it using a different output for your audio, such as using a different headset, or speakers, or earphones?
Hey there @daisukeserizawa - great to hear you found a solution! I understand using a different audio output (new headphones) solved the issue for you. In that case, you may have wished to compare the settings for those two audio outputs, to see what might have caused the issue with the first
