Hi so I just loaded up the game and it won't hit anything above 10fps, even in the lobby. this is a new issue as yesterday it was completely fine. I also can't change my game to 240hz, it's stuck on 60, and the game doesn't even register that I could go higher, 60 is the only option. I've tried restarting, turning all graphics settings down to their lowest but at best I stay at a consistent 9fps. any help?

From what you have explained, it sounds like the game is trying to run using your integrated graphics. To help investigate I would recommend to follow the steps in this support article which will allow you to switch graphics settings.
