Stats not updating in Ubisoft Connect is something that occasionally happens in our game and gets reported to our Connect team.

Can you please check your stats on the Connect mobile app (if you use this), as well as the launcher, to see if they are both stuck?

@earclimax3id I'm sorry to hear that your experience has been ruined because of incorrect stats temporarily being displayed. To clarify, when you check your playtime on Ubisoft Connect, what does it say you have?

Hello @earclimax3id, thanks for getting back to us.

Unfortunately after looking into this, it appears that Ubisoft SUpport and players alike, are unable to reset stats and playtime in the Ubisoft Connect launcher manually. I will however pass on your suggestion as a desired feature to be added to the launcher in the future.
