when i completed all 9 stages 100% with friends in Maelstrom. after extraction. the server went offline on 05/14/2022, but a message came up saying rewards will be delivered. but i logged in today 05/15/2022 i did not receive the diamond and neither did my friends.
I was live on twitch at the time.

Hey @khonshubr, thanks for reaching out. When you posted this we were still experiencing a degradation, but this should now be resolved. Can you confirm that your rank still hasn't updated properly?

If possible could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue.

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.
