There's no voice acting in cutscenes or gameplay. Audio settings are set high and all other sounds work. All audio devices but the one I'm using is disabled in control panel. PC.

@zadaxxx @AnimePolizei Greetings and welcome to the forums. Would you both confirm that you have dialogue volume adjusted for in the game audio settings?

@AnimePolizei You mention other audio devices connected to the PC. As a test, would any of these audio output devices, when turned on, register in-game dialogue?

Hey there @daisukeserizawa - thanks for letting us know you'd managed to solve the issue. I really appreciate the update!

Hi @KradzKa - sorry to hear you've not been able to find a solution. If you do come back to the game, please see our troubleshooting guide. In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your audio drivers and Windows install fully, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game (particularly ones which manage your audio).

Then, if the problem persists, let me know - we're able to do some other tricks that can help us to diagnose the issue.

Hello, @ensamimorkret! Thank you for sharing that you have noticed this occurred with Windows 11 and is also occurring in the Division 2. Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall Extraction to test if that helps fully resolve the missing audio in the cut scenes?
