Hello,
My account was banned for 24 hours due to leaving a ranked match. This happens due to poor connectivity in my area. This is not my fault. What can i do?
Please change the banning system on leaving a ranked match or unban my account otherwise i will be banned for 7 days if i leave a match again due to poor internet. I hope you will solve my issue.

Hey JoufulKiller,
Our support team are unable to revoke or shorten temporary bans I'm afriad. It's unlikely the phrase you typed in chat would have been the cause, as bans are put in place for breaches in our code of conduct.
The length of ban you received will have been for multiple instances of a breach in our code of conduct, please bear in mind bans can be retroactive.

Hey berm, I'm sorry to hear that. I'd advise caution if you are unsure of what someone is typing in chat, as we are unable to revoke or shorted temporary bans.
If you suspect anyone is in breach of our code of conduct please do continue using the in-game report feature so we can investigate.

Sorry to hear that you were temp banned. I would advise you to check your system to ensure nothing is on it that may have triggered this ban as the next ban may be permanent.

We are unable to remove temporary bans so you will need to wait for it to be over before being able to play again.

I would also advise you reset your account password and set up 2 Step Verification to ensure no one else is accessing your account. You can find how to set up 2 Step Verification here:

Since you received in-game notification that the temporary ban was placed as a result of cheating, then that would be why you received the ban. Unfortunately, there are no further details regarding the sanction that I'm able to disclose. My main suggestion would be to do as Ubi-Viral suggested and further secure your account by setting up 2-factor authentication and resetting your password. Thank you so much for your patience!

Hey there,

I am sorry to hear that you are getting kicked from games by BattleEye.

Are you being removed from every match? Does it always result in some kind of temporary ban?

Can you try launching the game following a clean boot?

Thanks for getting back in contact and sorry to hear you are still experiencing these disconnections triggered by the Battleye system.

To see whether this is caused by another program you have running on your device I would advise to disable any background applications as advised here and see if you still receive these disconnections.

If you are still being removed by Battleye could I ask you to contact us directly with your system reports as advised in the FAQ guides below.

I will certainly forward your feedback to our game team for further review, but in the meantime could I recommend working through our connectivity troubleshooting as we have had many reports that this helps provide an improved service.

If this is a permanent ban then it is not able to be removed. However, if it is a temporary ban then you will need to wait until the ban is over before being able to play again.

Welcome to the forums! Sorry to hear of your connection issues and as a result you receiving a ban. I am afraid support are unable to removed these bans.

I would advise you follow the steps from the link below to troubleshoot your connection issues:

If the issue persists it will be best to speak to your internet service provider to see how they can help improve your connection as we are unable to remove these bans and continuous disconnects will result in further bans.

In regard to getting removed, it is not possible to provide your reasoning as to why you were removed. Most of the time this is a connectivity related issue such as a drop in bandwidth.
