Hey! You need to link your Xbox account to your Ubisoft Account first for rewards to unlock. You can find how to do this here.

The Ubisoft Connect reward should unlock on your account once you have launched and played the game, which I can see you have recently done.

I have added the skin to your account, please allow 24 hours for it to appear in your PC game.
