my Ubisoft ID is: Hidden_Troller(first one)、XI_BIE(second one)、SekiBetu(now using)


4/11/2020 update: it is very easy to reproduce this:

1. register a twitch account A
2. activate A's twitch drops here https://drops-register.ubi.com/ with your ubisoft account
3. register another twitch account B
4. try to activate B's twitch drops here https://drops-register.ubi.com/ with the same ubisoft account
5. you failed to activate B's, you can only use A to get twitch drops

i know it is a safety design, but i really forget my account A, and i cant activate twitch doprs with my account B since 2018(2 years ago)

the F12 dev tools now response me this:

I've had the same issue since mid 2018, contacted support multiple times, they are "investigating", guys to be honest with you I don't think this will ever be solved unless one of 2 things happen: either Ubisoft starts using a new drops system wich it won't happen, or twitch deletes the account you first ever linked. Or you get a new Ubi account
the only way to fix this is to have a new ubisoft account,
think about this,
what if someone hacked my twitch account and i cant take it back because i didnt take some safety measures?
then he can stop me from getting twitch drops forever?

this is so dumb,
i have my ubisoft account, and i have my current twitch account, but i cant activate twitch drops because i lost my old twitch account?
it‘s like i lost my credit card, the bank told me that i can't replace for a new one because i lost it, for safety reason they can't give me a new one.

I see that you have had the charms from the R6 Major added to your account as of 8/20.

Thanks for the clarification, are you trying to activate it on a different Uplay/Twitch or is it the same one?

I opened a ticket with Ubisoft support today, so hopefully some resolution to the issue can be found.

Hi there, sorry to hear you have experienced these issues. I have checked the details you have provided and can see you have an open support ticket to have this investigated. If you watched the Raleigh Majors (or any other for that matter) on the correct Twitch account which is linked to your Ubisoft account, you should have received a notification via Twitch stating which charms you are entitled to. If possible could you provide a screenshot of this to your case as advised in the following guide.

Hello SekiBetu, apologies if you have mentioned this previously in this thread and if I missed it but do you have any support cases made about this that I could look into?

For anything related to Twitch or Ubi Drops we would redirect the player to our Support Site or social media support then we can give players the individual attention they may not get immediately on the Forums, this is usually how we would approach anything to do with a players account, as we can help link and unlink third party accounts such as Twitch and see if they are linked to another account by mistake.

Have you previously tried reaching out to our Twitter, Facebook or Ubisoft Support website to make a ticket?
