i don't have access to my previous psn, i have unlinked my psn but i can't relink to a new psn. Can you please help me with it. I dont want to lose on the progress and money i have spent on my account. My username is : iammaddy619

If you have PSN account you that was initially linked to your Ubisoft account and now that you have a new PSN, you wish to link it to your existing Ubisoft account - it is something we will gladly look into, however as this will involve discussing account related details (including passing the account verification checks), we would like to ask you to get through to us via one of the following channels, based on your own personal preference:

  1. Support website

  3. Twitter

Unlinking and relinking console platforms can be performed by Ubisoft Support, though we are only able to do this once per player.

Hey @Lee-Siyeon, if you have created a case successfully you will see a response as soon as a specialist is able to thoroughly review your case. Since each case is handled a bit different, the wait for a response can vary. However if you have any worries you can update your case at any time with any relevant info. 😊
