Sorry to hear you are having trouble trying to purchase credits for the game.

Would you be able to check the following steps to see if this can allow you to find these credits and make a purchase, they are the most common solutions for credit purchase issues >

FIX 1: If using a VPN, please disable this before making a purchase.

FIX 2: Make sure your Steam overlay is enabled and your Ubisoft overlay is disabled >

Hello 𝕭𝖑𝖆𝖈𝒌 𝕮𝖆t, thanks for posting we currently have some other threads open about this so I will merge your post together.

There can be up to a 24-hour delay for the Connect launcher to register a challenge as complete.

Have you tried waiting 24 hours after objective completion to see if your challenge is then synched as complete in the launcher?

A few players have gotten back to us and confirmed this was the case with the weekly challenges, though I know there are some problems with battlepass challenges progression, ongoing right now.

Hello everyone, could you please list the exact name of every battle pass challenge you are having trouble with, that has not progressed within 24 hours of completion? This will help us report this to the Siege team to look into?

So far we know there is an issue with the following challenges >
"Work for hire", "Bullet Rain" and "Bullet Burst"

Hello everyone thanks for posting about the core and weekly challenges in Ubisoft Connect.

Which challenges, in particular, are you having issues with? The exact name of the challenge would be great to know.

All Ubisoft challenges and any game stats can sometimes take up to 24 hours to synchronize in the overlay/launcher and synchronize your progression and kills etc, though community challenges have been known to sometimes take longer to synchronize your efforts and involvement in the challenge too.

Can you give us a little more info on which challenges are not progressing for you, are they part of the core challenges?

Please let us know the names of the exact challenges when you can so we can check if this has been under investigation previously.
