Hello everyone, thanks for getting in touch with us and letting us know of this issue you face where the Connect client not remembering your login details. This is something that we are currently looking into.

Workarounds we have given to players in the past that worked, was to make sure the Ubisoft Connect.exe file was set to run as an administrator, in its Properties menu, as shown in this guide > https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/help/article/000060505

We also advise not using Sleep mode on your PC and fully shutting down your computer instead.

Finally, we advise fully uninstalling Ubisoft Connect, then reinstalling the latest build from our website here > https://ubisoftconnect.com/en-GB/

Hello Ocelot Spy, thank you for getting in contact with us about this error message.

For this particular 2-0x00019008 error code we would recommend you to try the steps in BattlEye's FAQ as this error is directly related to this software - https://www.battleye.com/support/faq/

One of the steps mentioned is trying to uninstall MSI Dragon Center, so if you use this program, please try uninstalling it, to test if this is causing you issues with Siege.

We also recommend closing down any third-party software running in the background, in case it causes a conflict with the game >

Hello everyone, thanks for posting we have an investigation into this issue as it was also reported to us on our R6Fix website too.

For now, as JustSkiddo mentioned, when you exit the game and your mouse cursor stays in the top left corner, try pressing alt and tab to swap back to Steam, then hold the right-click button on the close game button if able to, to prevent you haveing to restart your PC.
