To give some insight into the protection glyphs, they originally were aimed at reducing the special events as in earlier deigns they were more disruptive. So if you wanted to do more chill rituals they offered that option but from internal testing and design discussions the more disruptive styles of events didn't feel fun to engage with and were subsequently toned down.
Right now protection glyphs don't have a major identity (as failing a special event isn't massively punishing) and this is something we are aware of and keeping in mind.
Hi Mod Luna, Maikeru had it happen to him while streaming. He also clicked a

Super helpful - still been unable to repro so far as the timing seems to be exact when you clicking on sparkling glyph or soul storm when the ritual ends. Thanks!

I don’t recall anything specific triggering it - I only noticed it when I logged back in after being off for a while and was unable to do the greater ritual i had been performing earlier. I have been zooming around the ritual site with dive so I suppose it’s possible that it triggered on my last ritual prior to logging out.

Hey! As someone already said I'm already aware of this (looking to get a hotfix out today to get people's access back to locked out spots)
Have so far been unable to repro this though (someone said they were diving to a sparkling glyph spot as the ritual ended, but this doesn't seem to be the case here?), so if there was anything of note that was happening before this happened, I'd love to know
Your right in a choice at t70 and I am fairly sure if you wished to own both sets you could create a second set to go down the path you originally didn't take.
Personally I am gonna be taking the tank armour until I am more confident in my bossing skills but I believe for the power bosses you can bring friends to help aswell
Wait do you HAVE to kill those bosses or is there a ritual alternative?
These bosses are for the power variant of the armour which is intended to be a little more challenging, for the tank version you would need to fight the barrows bosses for t70, then gw1 bosses for t80 and gw2 bosses for t90

the Tomb of Um 2 doesn't state it sends Dragon bones to the focus storage only Baby dragon bones and doesn't send them to the focus storage when toggled and worn
The Tome of Um 2 should send bones, big bones, baby dragon bones and wyvern bones to the focus storage when toggled and worn.
Are you saying it's not sending baby dragon bones, or it's not sending dragon bones? If it's the latter, that's intended.
Or are you saying it is sending dragon bones, although it's not supposed to?

Hello, I'm gonna jump in to try and give some clarity on this stoof.
Firstly - I wanna apologize for the lack of communication on my own behalf, it's been a manic couple of days with a whole lot going on behind the scenes. You'll start to see me and a few of the other devs coming to life now.
If there's anything I've missed in the thread feel free to let me know and I'll try to comment when I can.

TLDR: This one was short-sighted on my end.
Why we wanted to do it:
We don't feel Invisible buffs/debuffs are great for the game, nor are they good for players that don't already know about their effects.(On a more extreme case : You'd be surprised at how many returning players were getting confused/frustrated when attacking ghost trolls and missing because theyre wearing full melee gear, due to it just being a harsh invisible debuff)

A fix is in the works.
I dove off of the main platform to get to the sparkling tile at the same time that the ritual was ending and it bugged out the tile so now i can no longer use it u/JagexSponge u/JagexHooli
