We just hotfixed this along with the Guardian's Gift issue. Give it another try if you could!

We have just released a hotfix to address missing Guardian's Gift charges for some Lockout players.

If you did not have the expected amount of Charges, please log out and back in for this change to take effect. If you have used all your 100% charge before this hotfix was released, you can reclaim your Guardian's Gift containing the missing charges from Diango.

EDIT: This Hotfix also resolves an earlier reported issue with accessing the Deep Sea Fishing merchant's shop.

EDIT 2: We've just released another Hotfix to address the Deep Sea Fishing merchant issues. Please give it another try now!

Currently, the merchant is showing you the stock from over 7,000 days ago (oops).

We're looking to deploy a fix shortly that will have the merchant correctly show you today's stock.

In the meantime, you can talk to the merchant (second option) and ask them to show you today's stock.

Thanks for the continued patience everyone. Unfortunately we don't have a firm update to share just yet, but the team are looking at every possible solution to work out what would be quickest and most effective to get this resolved.

We'll check back in either way in an hour or so with any new developments.
