This is something we'd definitely love to support! No concrete plans to talk about right now though!

Its a rumor that's been spreading around based on the fact that a particular Steam achievement that is relatively easy to get has only been obtained by .5% of Steam players.
All due respect, what you're describing isn't retention.
Retention is a measure of how many players stay with a game over 24/28/36 hours and D3/7/14.
At most, what you're referring to is an overall acquisition rate, per platform, but that's not retention.
We've been saying for quite awhile that we're focused on giving players more reasons to keep playing for longer, and Chapter 1 is only the first step in this. We have more retention focused features currently in development and will be rolling them out in the weeks and months ahead.

Hey there! We fully launched on September 3, 2020. Steam release came later in the year with our Chapter 1 update.
No, I wouldn't expect anything like that if you're inside continental U.S. Can you verify you have your preferred region set to US East or West in the Account page? By default we try to autodetect the lowest-ping region and I'm wondering if it's failing in some cases.

Login to Spellbreak on Steam and it will show up in your inventory (it’s called Hinterland). There’s also an outfit called Feldspar you can get by logging in through Epic. I believe both of those bonuses will end on January 4, so make sure you do it ASAP!

Not sure why you're seeing this - in that level bucket on EU, lobbies are full or near-full for about 12-14h a day. Some tips:
- Make sure you set your preferred region in account settings. (The game may be auto-detecting your region incorrectly).
- If on XB1 or PS4, turn on Crossplay. Note that up until MR23, you will still be playing only against console players (MR23+ crossplay is temporary for now). If you turn off crossplay, you'll only play against other players who have it turned off, which is a very small % of overall playerbase.
