Hi Krashy - FYI we will be doing a hotfix next week that happens to address some of these issues:

* Decrease Vowguard aggro/disengage radius, and change behavior if they are attacked from far away
* Reduced whirlwind AOE damage radius by 40%
* Fixed ignited whirlwind damage stacking with flame/flame wall damage
* Fixed ignition getting applied while inside an ignited whirlwind (ignition should only be applied after you leave flames)
* Reduce maximum damage of Wind Shear by 1 for all rarities.
* Lobby will now immediately start match if all players have connected/finished loading.

This is not the totality of balance updates for Chapter 2 - expect more in the next official patch. We also released a hotfix patch for PC/PS4 today to resolve some crash issues and reduce hitching in Battle Royale. (XBox and Switch coming soon - waiting on approval from MS/Nintendo.)

Hey there! This should not be happening. Please send us aticket to player support with as much information as you can (rank, mode, spellbreak id, screenshots/video, region, time of day, etc) so we can look into this further. Sorry that happened!

Hi, do you have the game installed on internal memory (not an SD card)? We are working on a hotfix to property address the issue, but this might work in the mean time.

Hmm I wonder if it's detecting you're in the wrong region or something then. You're not on a VPN or anything right?

Looks like your network connection is poor - see the timer below the minimap, for example. Bad wifi connection/too far from wireless router?

Not 100% right now, but we'll try to make matches on same platform "tier" (Switch/XB1+PS4/PC) first. So at peak hours you'll most likely be playing against same group. More info soon once we stabilize everything and finalize the ruleset.

There are no bots in Dominion at all. Except for the Vowguard, obviously.

Are you playing on an external HD? Definitely something very wrong here and looks like the game has having trouble reading from the disk.
