This look great!

Is it a custom paint/modeling job over an existing figure?

I just started to play a week ago so I haven't heard of any social event, but I really like what your are doing with the game.

Hello there! Be sure to stop by our official discord where we share all of our events (announcements channel)! You'll find these on Twitter and Instagram as well, we share them each week! I do believe we will be sharing such information on Reddit as well, but that has yet to be finalized in discussion! Thanks for the feedback and welcome to Spellbreak!

I appreciate that different people have different roles and objectives, I just feel like all of this is useful for fueling the flames of excitement but not so useful for sparking it... Feels like step 2 is being done before step 1.

That being said, I'm not an expert. Just my 2 cents. Appreciate the response all the same.

Us hosting community events shouldn't be seen as an attempt to diminish or otherwise invalidate player feedback. We're very much aware of current community sentiment, and of what is driving player concern/frustrations, and we communicate this weekly to the rest of the development team.

At the same time, we have a directive to keep folks playing the game engaged with the community in positive ways. We do this through educational events like Spellbreak Academy, through humanizing events like Community Nights, and through our weekly livestreams. We are also committed to keep Creators as engaged as we possibly can, hence all of our educational "Ask a Class Main" livestreams for the last several weeks. We need to regularly use surveys like this one to help us improve and grow these events so they're always adding value to those who opt in for them.

I get the frustration and I can completely empathize with how you're feeling.

Maybe you should consider a different “community night” or just a different way of communication other than your dumb streams as it seems to not be reaching the people you want it to.

Normally I'd remove a comment like this for ad hominem, but I'd rather use it as an opportunity to draw attention to the official Discord server.

discord.gg/Spellbreak

We post updates there nearly every day, host our community events, and also have support channels there for folks to get assistance with account and technical challenges. As we always say on our streams, the Discord server is the best place to stay in touch with the community and us.

We also post regularly/daily on all of our social channels, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and even TikTok. We do everything in our power to bring the mountain to Mohammad, so to speak.

Be really good to have a few Dev-days thrown in to the mix for those of us who don't consume community events outside of their play-time

We host community nights where we play with the community every Friday, times varying based on the timezone of the server we're on that week.

Nice shootin'! Seems the hills worked out on that first exile for you, but I do feel you on the hills, they can be tricky sometimes! Keep up the great work!

The argument of playerbase makes 0 sense. If you keep putting lv 50 players against new guys, they will leave. Leaving the game with even fewer players.

My suggestion is make queue times longer, because I would much rather wait 2 min for a game, than get into a game and dote in 2 sec

Hello there! As I've mentioned on our streams, in discord and a few other posts - we have a team that is dedicated to how matchmaking will work in the very near future. I cannot share dates, but know we are working on this and it's a high priority.

We appreciate all of the feedback that has come in regarding matchmaking and hope to make a better experience for everyone. Thank you for understanding.
