Chapter 1 is entirely separate from the prologue and you'll start at rank 1.
Are you planning to sell triumph animations separate to emotes ? For example would I need to buy a laughing triumph, after already purchasing the same animation asset in a laughing emote?
At the least, I can say that we will never sell you the same animation twice to use separately in each slot. No concrete plans on triumphs beyond that to share just yet, though they are on my mind quite a bit.
I was wondering regarding those pair of outfits from the $24,99 and $99,99 packs. If you buy the lets say $99,99 do you also get the outfit from the $24,99 pack?

Yup! If you buy the $99.99 pack you will also get all the cosmetic contents included in the $24.99 pack. Path's model is a decent frame of reference all told.
Though we also took our community's feedback about the gold to $ ratio and will be matching the typical gold you get in the existing $24.99 and $99.99 gold packs.

(when prologue was released, they said that it was entirely free, which would imply that Chapter 1 is not entirely free, but I also wouldnt assume its entirely paid only.)

Yup. We won't be featuring these elemental outfits for weeklong periods again like we are now, but they will appear again before that future upgrade chapter launches. They'll also appear again when they gain the ability to upgrade, either on that chapter's launch day or a time awfully close to it. (e.g. 1st week or two of that new chapter).

Love the transparency. Could you guys address certain cosmetics coming back 2 days in a row or coming back after a week, while other cosmetics haven't been seen for over 38 days? That seems a little unbalanced

You have to buy the Chapter pass in Chapter 1 to get all the rewards. However, some Chapter rewards will be available to be earned by all players without the pass. More on that as we unveil the chapter system more broadly!

Not quite.
"Chapter 1's chapter pass will cost 1,000 gold" is an accurate statement.
But gold earn won't be through that chapter system.
Thanks for the communication, it's appreciated. When it comes to the elemental skins, the post says the upgrades will be rewards in future chapters. But the base versions are being sold now. If we don't buy the elemental skins now, are we out of luck when those chapters eventually come out? Or will the base elemental skins return to the store around that time?
