Let's talk about unique Lithoid gameplay!
Lithoids are silicon-based lifeforms that require minerals for sustenance. They breed slower but are sturdier and have better base habitability.
They start the game with the option to dig up their hibernating POPs on their homeworld.
We noticed some of you ask about Lithoid namelists. There are some specifically for them of course. Here you go. :)
The Lithoid Colossus also comes with a unique design. Here it is in locked and armed positions, turning rocks into smaller rocks. :)
A few more Lithoid structures and ships. From top-left to bottom-right:
Ion Cannon, Transport Ships, Defense Platform, Mining Station.
Primary color is yellow. :)

A starting Lithoid fleet. 3 corvettes, construction and science ship. This time the primary flag color is blue, and so are the crystals. :)
It's time to take a look at Lithoid station models. Here you can see a fully-upgraded Citadel.
The Empire we're running uses red as their primary color, and, as you can see, with all the crystals the choice of color really pops out on Lithoid structures. :)

PDXCON is over, and it's been really fun to finally be able to share some of the things we've been talking about. Its been fun, but also very tiring. When I get back to work tomorrow, it will be in our new office!

It's been a great and oddly relaxing pdxcon as the first time with no game that I can punlically talk about. Was great meeting, talking to and having beers with so many excited and friendly fans. See you all on the next one!
