Selectable Traditions are a new feature added in the 3.1 "Lem" Update!

Traditions have changed, you can now choose seven out of up to eleven total Tradition Trees (with all the DLC).

In the "Lem" Update, the Necroids Species Pack received some new abilities as well, with the Reanimated Armies Civic becoming the Reanimators Civic, and the ability to play as a Necrophage Hivemind!

With the "Lem" Update, the Humanoids Species Pack received new content as well, with a new Clone Army Origin, as well as the Pleasure Seekers and the Masterful Crafters Civic!
