If you get the "Have you played on Mobile" message that usually means that you are logged into the wrong EA account on EA app. Can you double check that you are logging into EA app with the EA account that is linked to your SWGoH account? If you are still having trouble, please reach out to our support to get this sorted.

Use a different payment method. Make sure your billing details in Origin/EA App match the billing details for your card. Remove and re-add your payment method from your account. Make sure the location on your account matches your real location.

When you reinstalled the game completely, boot it up without any other app playing sound (best is to not have any other app running). Once it is fully booted the sound in-game is turned ON by default. Leave it that way for the time being.
