If they don't even respond properly to bugs, much needed sim options and what not, they probably do not read (i.e.: give a shit about) what the community is sending them. But hey, the worst possible outcome is dead silence so you might as well give it a try.

I mostly don't like them. As a whole the characters are now LESS recognizable than before, not more … and thats the whole point of icons, to be easily recognizable.
I understand the urge to renovate the game and give it a fresh coat of paint, but for now the choices of ultra realism and same camera angle and zoom level are resulting in worse lower quality icons.
