If you partially meet the requirements, the event will have a golden border and a holographic background. For the C-3PO event, for example, you need to be level 85 (this is a prerequisite requirement) and have 5 Ewoks. I hope this explains it (and makes sense). I agree that it looks overall inconsistent and have flagged it for review now.

The difference is for overall balancing reasons. You get fewer low gear rewards but more of the higher gear. That is intended.

We are working on another fix for early next week to address the Mods that were removed from characters that were set to lv 1. We are also investigating some reports around the gear that was removed from those characters and not placed in the player's inventory.

This is not true. I just tried to re-gear my Zeb and got stopped at gear 5 due to missing pieces. My Zeb was I believe between 8 and 10 before the reset. Definitely was higher than 5.



Can you post your ally code? I don't see it in this thread

Mods look to be permanently deleted, or are they switched around somewhere for you guys?



We are investigating right now but we don't believe they are deleted. The Mods are in an inaccessible state and aren't visible from the game but are still there. We are exploring how we restore these exact mods to players but we need to test a few things before we can commit to that.

We are aware of several issues that are impacting players that were restored from account level 1.
Known Issues:

[*] A handful of characters were reset back to level 1. Some of those units are missing Mods and/or Gear.

Hey ive lost all progrression on Chief karga, and zeb. and my store is still not back to normal, not being able to spend guild tokens and such.
And still haven't recieved any goodies for being basicly unable to play and participate in guild events plus enjoying doubble drops on ships and such.
All the matter im glad to be back at the right level :)

Hi, as well as the account reset issue zeb and magma trooper were reset to gear level 1 as shown in the images. When on grand arena he is locked in at the level I previous had

We just launched an Update to fix this issue. Once we can confirmed that this is fully resolved, we will announce the make good for the affected players. Right now we are keeping a running tally for what these players are missing out on.

We have deployed a hotfix to address the account level issue that a small number of players experienced with this week’s Title Update. All affected players have had their account set to previous account level again and any missing characters restored. These accounts were set back to our server snapshot at 3:15 on May 4th, but with all cooldowns, pvp nodes, shipments refreshed. Once we can confirm that this issue is fully resolved, we will explore a make good for those players.

They’ve commented on this already, conquest went live before mando was accelerated and once a conquest begins nothing can be done to alter any part of it, including the store so once this conquest is finished mando shards will go to the accelerated amount in the conquest store

We have resolved all the issues with the fix and are planning to release the fix for players this afternoon bar any other issues popping up this morning.
