So slightly off topic, should I watch Rebels in its entirety before this?



I put off watching Rebels for a while bc the first few episodes I felt were too kid-ish. But, it really takes off about midway through first season and def by 2nd season. It becomes some of my favorite Star Wars stuff.

Yeah, def watch it. But, you don't have to watch it all before Bad Batch.

That opening scene was an awesome easter egg, as was seeing Azi-3 again.


That easter egg you're referring to might've been my favorite thing about the episode. I loved it.

Hard disagree. It’s jarring as hell when looking at the collection screen. Tbh I’m glad you’re an ex-artist cause no half decent artist would consider that acceptable.

From a guy that used to make the portraits: Theyre overpainted and the screencap is probably from a new setup, because the gov’s on all of these is making the head look a little too big. The key to make these look good is to not have a generic system and instead make each one look its best by making small alterations. The Farmboy Luke is actually my least favorite cause the portrait looks the least like the model (either because of how they took the screencap or too much post in Photoshop) KRU’s looks great because the model from SLKR is f*ckin dope.

Its also a super tiny png and not worth a big fuss, you children.

The rollout of the upcoming Title Update has begun! We will be performing a forced update tomorrow for all clients, but some app stores may have it available now. The majority of the changes will be live tomorrow and we will post the full list of Update Notes with the forced updated. If you do update today, you can see some of the improvements to the Cantina screen.

There is one known issue at this time with simming Challenges. See below:

KNOWN ISSUES
  • The current release prevents players from multi-sim for Challenges until we do the force update. You can still sim each Challenge individually until this is resolved tomorrow

As we mentioned in the recent Road Ahead, this week’s Title Update will be renewing the early game experience for new players. This rework of the early game experience impacts several different parts of the early tutorial that all players must initially play through.

New Early Game Characters and Model Updates

First, we are changing the starting characters for new players who enter the game. While the initial characters in the game made sense for where we were five years ago, we’re excited to change these up for characters that should be immediately recognizable for anyone with a basic knowledge of Star Wars, as well as setting up new players for better success throughout Galaxy of Heroes. Most of us have fond memories of unlocking Jedi Consular, but he doesn’t feel particularly relevant in today’s game.

Here is a list of characters we are swapping out of the early game experience:

Just wanted to clarify that this is legit. While you are right that those things are not in a build you can simply see them... i datamined it from TU23 wich is in cert currently. That said the art must be there and will get on peoples devices once they get the Playstoreupdate.

I sideloaded the models into my build to showcase them. I loaded them this way because it is easyer to show to people.

If there are new Charuis or Ability Icons they dont show up here because i havent loaded them maybe. I dont load all new art as once because its not that simple

That makes sense, I wish you would stop doing all these things lol but I get it, people wanna see the goods.

Lol, different reasons and different leads at the time. I was around for GAS but wasnt a lead back then. Once I became a lead my priority was “no more GAS” and started a new pipeline which made SLKR, RH Poe, Cara Dune, etc.

Also stylistic discrepancies are usually not approved. The face on GAS isnt popular but the model is consistent within itself. In these leaked reworks they are not, photoreal face with a cartoonish body is a problem.
