Thank you for following the steps. As the Support team said, please be patient while they investigate the issues you're having. And no, I do not find this funny. We are working to help out any player who is reporting issues with the new launcher. While I understand your frustration, I ask that you are respectful in the content you post here or anywhere on the forums.

Oh, I hear you!  It isn't currently on our roadmap but it is something we would love to do at some point (but again, it is not in our current plans.)

The Character Transfer service will be unavailable on October 11th from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM CT / 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM UTC. During this time, character transfers will not be processed as that page will be in maintenance mode. Should this timeline change, we will update this thread.

TLDR - What is coming in 7.1.1 is an item on the Cartel Market that grants access to the CE vendor on the fleet (from the original Collector's Edition) and a wristband to access the VIP section of the fleet.

Not in the near future; however, interesting idea and we'll consider this in future discussions around Outfitter. That isn't a guarantee that it will happen, but this is good feedback and it's appreciated.

We are looking at some ways of addressing this issue. While on the surface it seems like a simple task to complete, this does have impact on other parts of the game like inventory.  In short, we're aware of this and having discussions about it.

In addition to expanding the number of slots to 32, yes, you’ll absolutely be able to copy outfits in Outfitter just like you do with Loadouts. Additionally, you’ll be able to favorite outfits, so they sort to the top of your list and rename the outfit slot to help keep things organized.

More on topic, does this mean that we should expect to see more improvements to the user experience in general ? QoL features are something that should really be looked at when trying to get a game to last, even when it comes to diverse things like new forums, newer launcher...

And furthermore, is there any chance that we'd get a list of what was exactly improved with the new launcher ? Like a patch note ? I think that having some "substance" to read could help ease a lot of concerns regarding the necessity of this update. ...
