Hi everyone,

Some of the older 7.1 sticky threads will be moving here as I'll be working to consolidate all related threads in the same manner that I did with the 7.0 ones listed here. This list will be stickied alongside newer 7.1 threads. Over time, those threads will be moved here to allow for other posts to be pinned so everything isn't clogging up the first page of General Discussion.

Hi folks,

A heads up on a couple of items that will be removed with 7.1.

With 7.0, we removed items from the game that were tied to Renown, Social Points, and 6.0 gearing. There were two items that were missed with the initial removal. With 7.1, we�ll be removing the following from vendors and characters� inventory:

Missile Backblast
Sonic Heal

Each item listed above will be converted to 6,595 credits.

Special note: Similar to how items were removed in 7.0, in order to process these removals, ALL GTN sales that are active prior to 7.1 will be marked as expire... Read more

Game Update 7.1 “Digging Deeper” will launch August 2nd! Keep an eye on our social channels and SWTOR Forums for updates.

The Nar Shaddaa Nightlife event is coming back on August 2nd with new rewards inspired by last year’s High Roller Shades!

Here’s a sneak peek of a few items we’re adding to the Cartel Market with 7.1! Pictured are the new Speeder, weapons, and armor sets!

After completing the crit path for Legacy of the Sith, players can access Daily and Weekly Missions to earn new rewards, achievements, and titles!

Explore the depths of Manaan and expand your faction’s influence in our new Daily Area!

With 7.1, we will be increasing the highest item rating players can earn, introducing mods back into endgame itemization, and more.

We’re also bringing new UI/UX updates such as Outfitter improvements, a Combat Style Icon Color Wheel, and customization for subtitles and the chat window!

These visual improvements include clearer mechanics messaging, readable visuals, grounded aesthetics, and standardized visual language.

We’re now diving into the visual communication improvements that have been made for the R-4 Anomaly Operation.

Players will fight 4 new bosses in this new Operation! Meet IP-CPT, Watchdog, Lord Kanoth, and Lady Dominique.

The R-4 Anomaly is an 8-player Operation available in Story and Veteran Mode with different Stories based on the player's faction!
