Screenshots would be great, I think we're good with the logs we got so far but I'll let you know if we end up needing anything different :)

Sure!

I have some questions as well if you can, but logs would definitely be the best if you're in a time crunch.

Android:

  1. Find your main storage. This can be done by apps like file managers or via Settings -> Search files -> Open files
  2. Navigate to Android > Data > com.riotgames.league.teamfighttactics > FIles > Documents > Logs
  3. Try to find the logs that correspond to your game where you had the issue. There'll be game logs, along with crash and performance logs (perf). If you can upload those via google drive preferably and private message me, it'd be deeply appreciated.

Ios/Apple:

  1. Logs must be pulled via Itunes, so you'd have to install that if you don't have it already.
  2. Plug in the phone, and allow it to trust ITunes (Should be a prompt)

Also, everytime you queue, can you check the lobby display name (Ranked/Normals) and the text that it says on the actual queue popping. I want to exclude a chance that this is a different error than I currently think.

All the purple icon ones are around specific traits and Set 4 in particular and there's a loooot of them. We thought it'd be nice to reward ya'll for testing out new things in the set :) We'll still have 3 missions per week coming in hot though!

Hey!

This should've worked for the mission. There's a chance that our mission service is being quite slow given how many people we have playing TFT and how many missions we had upfront this time around.

Please let me know if this still hasn't worked at this point!

Hey friends!

I think we didn't do that great of a job making it very obvious that the old BP is down and the new one isn't going to be enabled until 11AM PDT 9/16, and some regions would be waiting for around 12 hours to see the new one on the TFT hub.

This was intended, but we don't have a great visual state to represent on the TFT Hub when the old pass is offline and the new one not activated resulting in it looking.. well, kind of broken. We should've just disabled the TFT Hub to begin with and ended up doing that later to avoid further confusion. We'll be working on smoothing this out for next time.
