I can't seem to hand in the first event quest for finding 5 statues.
Trying to redeem the points does nothing and then moving to another quest causes input to get locked.
On pc you can get around this by using the mouse to click back but controller players have to relog and cannot claim these points.
Happened to me on PC and my wife on XSX.
Side note, since attaching my Steam account to my Xbox account for cross progression I can no longer invite my wife who plays on Xbox. I always get "X is busy". She can invite me just fine, but I cannot request coop or trade from my end.

As for the Xbox one, make sure your Xbox settings allow communication. Those settings affect Temtem and will prevent you from reaching other players. Let me know!

Read more External link →We're actively working on improving the game on Switch (we've been doing so ever since the release and keep working on it still), so you can still expect some improvements.
However, the Switch is very limited (specially with Unity as a middleware) so if expect a comparable experience as with the PC or one of the bigger consoles, it's not gonna happen.
The current version has reduced a lot the crashes. They still happen from time to time but it's something we're actively trying to improve. The good thing in Temtem is that crashes don't make you lose anything (other than the loading times), since you reconnect right where you were.
In terms of FPS I think it works pretty well overall, we're happy on that front. The main problem is memory issues and that leads to longer loading times (which will always happen) and crashes from time to time if the memory consumption gets big enough.
Challenge modes are a "different" save so you don't have the items you have in your main account.

Personally, I've lost hope for an interesting arcade bar (like the rest of PvE content) and I'm convinced the only reason they're still making one is because they made a promise in their kickstarter goals so they have no choice but to make it anyway.
I don't know why people use that quote to imply something terrible for the Arcade Bar?
It just means simply that our original vision for it couldn't be done, so we had to tweak it several times to make sense of the feature in Temtem. Now the idea makes it something closer to a collection of party games instead of a collection of "arcade" games, but I still think the change is good and will be better now. For sure, it requires more work on our part so we're not doing the change just because we want to push the feature as soon as possible as you are implying.

Hello Tamers! We are bringing you a mid-Season update on the upcoming balance plans for Season 4 and patch 1.4. We have been working on this patch for some weeks and there's already a lot of progress on it, so we’d love to share some of it with you.
We previously announced that the focus for this patch would be on Stall, and that has not changed: we’ve practically reviewed all Temtem with a primary usage in Stall. Overall, the key to making Stall more interactive is to strike balance between defensive and offensive strategies, and to keep the opponent on their toes by introducing unexpected moves and tactics.
During these past weeks we have also started reviewing every support and some bulky offense Temtem. Our approach has been to establish a set of “rules” or checks shared amongst all of them, to ensure that they are all seen under the same light.

Read more External link →The main problem with an activity having regular battles (6v6 no comp) and without any restrictions is that a perfect strategy will appear instantly and everyone would relentlessly only do that. The moment there are rewards and an optimal strategy is possible, people only do that (see freetem for example). We initially tried that for both TemSafari and GritArena and had to include all the current restrictions and randomized options they have now because the team could break both activities in a matter of hours.
There are too many good combinations with a premade team that make it impossible to balance any activity that uses that.
Also about the unique rewards per activity, it goes against the basic design for Tamer's Paradise which is to have a unified currency (feathers) which you can spend on whatever you want.
You can purchase it ingame, go to your Settings and there should be a link there.
It's a known bug and we're working on getting it fixed. Problem is it requires a client patch. We'll be sending it today or tomorrow and hopefully platform holders will give us the green light to publish it soon!
Even if I wasn't banned from the discord, you're nuts if you think I'm going to use the moves I know are broken and cause myself to lose matches. At this point so many things have been reported as broken that I'm not playing any competitive at all until the fixes come.
