The maintenance is now over and the servers are open. Thank you very much for your patience, agents.

  • There is currently an issue present which will not allow you to complete a purchase of 20 Apparel Event keys. Any amount below 20 will work as intended and it is recommended to lower the amount should you encounter this.

For those of you having this issue, please check your apparel collection screen after rebooting the game.
You will need to have completed the New York campaign to receive the outfit.

Do pass on some screenshots of this happening as well so that we can continue to keep the team updated and assist in their investigation!

Dang, okay. I have sent this up to the team to look in to, so hopefully they'll find some info on what could be causing this. I'll keep an eye on the report and keep you posted!

Hm, okay. Could you try clearing your console cache by powering it off and unplugging it for 5 minutes? That can sometimes sort these issues out.

As Oldmaveric mentioned, the RPD outfit can be found in your apparel menu, even if there isn't the little orange ! notification. Restarting the game can also sort this issue out if it is due to a syncing error.

I just checked and the volumetric fog issues has been reported to the team! I don't have an update yet on when a fix will be rolled out, but I will keep an eye on it for updates.

As of now the team is focusing on trying to resolve the crashing errors for the affected PC players. I can't make any promises, but I'll forward your suggestion to extend the event.
