As AgentMikel we are actively looking into this with the uttermost priority, rest assured the team is doing what they can to get to the source and resolve this.

Sending your systemfiles to support would really help us with this, same with videos of the crash as well as steps or actions that were taken prior to the crash such as what programs, activities ++ you were doing.

We have an FAQ that outlines the PC specifications for The Division 2! But as Merphee said, it could be difficult to obtain the parts you may need for 4k 60FPS performance at this time. Best of luck!

Agents,

The servers will shut down for a scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, February 16th at 09:30 CET, 03:30 AM EDT, 12:30 AM PDT.

Estimated downtime is 3 hours.

  • This maintenance will include a fix for the missing volumetric fog on PlayStation 5.

Hey all! Sorry to hear you're running into issues getting the SHD cache key to drop. This issue seems to be an old one that has since cropped up. If the key did not drop from the Flame NPC, were you able to get the key from the white box situated inside the room where you need to destroy the power board?

If not, are you able to get the key from the white box in another players session?

If these fail, would you be able to provide your platform and username so that I can add this to the team report?
