Hey, if you're being unable to open a ticket, you can always report the issues on our Player Support forums and the support team will have a look.

At this time the team is still working on trying to find a solution to this problem, and are asking for affected players to submit DxDiag files to assist us in our investigation. As CoOp_Gordon mentioned, this issue is proving to be a difficult one to track down and sort out, so it is taking longer than expected to find a solution. But rest assured this is at the top of our priority list, and we hope to have a fix soon.

Your understanding and patience is appreciated in the mean time.

We are not blaming players for this issue at all.

We simply do not know what is causing the crashes, and asking for system files, videos and steps helps our team to try to get to the bottom of this so that we may fix the issue.
