Select the mask in your inventory, click on the options button, and the toggle should be at the bottom if I recall correctly!

I can double check once my PC has finished its Windows updates.

If you can send us some captures of it not working and list the specific mask that isn't showing we can certainly investigate that for you

Hey Rodnaz! It does seem you own the DLC, so you should just be able to launch The Division 2 and have access to WONY with no issue. Since it is DLC, it will show up in the "Owned DLC" box in Ubisoft Connect. The PTS is separate, so you don't need to install/launch it if you don't want to.

If you have trouble accessing the content, feel free to let us know or continue with your support ticket!

The Division 2

The Division 2 maintenances are usually on Tuesdays, while The Division ones are usually on Thursdays (there was one today).

Hey, there are no issues with the servers reported at the moment. If lag and disconnections are still happening, I would suggest sending a message over to our Support Team so they can have a check
