I've been off reddit but a couple of days ago I was farming D-Railed and noticed that the loot was "underground". Then recently I went to brooklyn bridge and nothing weird happened so I thought it was solved, but looking at this thread went to D-railed again, and this is what I got:
I don't know if it's useful and somehow you can "explore" that little "piece of land" but it might be helpful. I remember because I was stationed up there killing enemies, so I drove them to that place again in normal. Unfortunately I couldn't get a piece of loot there, but the other day I could and it was the same, slightly underground.

I don't sorry. All I can say, is that I was feeding my baby, looked up, and it was on a screen when the character is being transferred in the helicopter

Some how it switched to a second character that I created that looks the same, but different level and gear. I feel stoopid.

The mortars flying into the great beyond is something we're looking into. Are you noticing similar behavior with any other skills in NYC (or elsewhere)?
Yeah, that’s exactly what I meant. I will definitely try that. My first run-in with them I actually managed to get one down. But got 1 shot melee’d before I managed to apply an armour kit.
