Some solid advice above - all I'll add is that getting a sort of shopping list together and using Targeted Loot areas to your advantage is hugely helpful. Especially when trying to put together specific builds.

That's totally the same as phase1. What is the purpose for this phase2? What do we have to test that it wasn't in the phase1?
It seems that this is just dragging the time, due to the lack of any content... I hate to admit it but the game is buried alive at this point...
Focus on this testing phase is focused on PvE/PvP balancing of new and existing gear.
Not as glamorous as new features, but important nonetheless!
