Hey there! If you're still running into this error, I usually recommend clearing the console cache first by powering it down and unplugging it for 5 minutes.
Should that fail, the Support Team has an FAQ for this error, and platform-specific steps to sort it out.

Not OP, but I did have this exact issue last night. It’s only a UI glitch. Weapons and skills still do damage with this glitch active.

Hey bluebird, could you provide a bit more context for this? Did the Exotic have damage, then upon logging in it had none? What source did you get the Exotic from? WAs it Reconfigured? Does it deal 0 damage in the Firing Range and in live combat or is it just a UI error?
Raised this with the teams, were you able to find a way up in the end?

Myself and two friends just got our victory stolen from us at the summit. This clip is us completing it and the second picture below is a screenshot from after, look at the season level and shd level, we got delta and our accounts were rolled back. https://imgur.com/my98aQY
We're not mad just disappointed because of the time that was wasted and the loot that was lost because of this, and yes we also lost the project for the exotic chest piece and the our friend didn't get any of the apparel items.

Read morenah its just rng. I max rolled some items in 1-2 tries and some items have taken 70-80 components and not quite there yet.
As part of the exotic recalibration upgrade we were told that all exotics will drop at a minimum legendary level loot quality and that the exotic recalibration will also result is legendary level loot quality rolls.
No they didnt say that. They say its a minimum, and that is roughly 50-60% rolls. It can go all the way up the max rolls.

Thanks for the breakdown here. There's been a lot of confusion over Heroic vs. Legendary loot quality plus the individual attribute vs. overall item power rolls whenever talk about loot quality comes up.
I'll keep an eye out for possible reports of Reconfigured Exotics not behaving in line with loot quality expectations in TU11 though, just in case.

Had you previously played Manning Zoo before playing The Summit?
This happened to my group two times in a row.
1st try: Kill all Hunters.
-Info in top left says "Neutralize hostiles" and gives a distance to the last Hunter we killed
-If we shoot the dead Hunter, we get damage numbers
-After Hunter's body disappears, The "Neutralize Hostiles" message shows a distance of 4.1km.
-No option to call in Helo for extract
2nd try: Same thing
*****All of us log-off/log-on one-at-a-time*****
3rd try: After killing last Hunter, we are able to call in Helo extract
