Thanks for this. During the beta, i actually found having vsync on seemed to help despite having a Gsync monitor (and Gsync enabled). Glad that i should be able to switch that back.
I can't speak for everyone's experience since I can imagine individual monitor hardware can affect this, but it definitely helped in my case (together with changing to borderless windowed).

This is most likely your 3rd party logitech software. Please uninstall logitech gaming software and install their new GHub program instead.
If you contact support they can usually help you upgrade manually, even if you got the base game for free via another offer.

Rickyh24 is right, this is by design. You can equip one Exotic weapon and one Exotic gear piece at the same time. The trick is to find which ones to run ;)

As in runs smooth and then "lags" for a short while? Please try to change to borderless windowed mode and make sure you are on 419.35 drivers.
Those are talent families/categories and are important when you recalibrate a Gear piece or Weapon.
You can only replace a talent with another talent in the same family. So keep track of those to know what you can swap out in the future!
There are three different ones, btw. One full circle, and the two in your image (circle with straight line and circle with ^ line).
Circle = Passive (works even when the item is not active/holstered)
Circle with straight line = Normal ("normal" effects like X%+ in a stat)
Circle with ^ line = Advanced (has more complex functionality or needs to be triggered somehow)
There's an option in the accessibility settings to turn this on/off

Try turning off any 3rd party control software you have, these seem to be causing issues for some.
For example sometimes there's software emulating 7.1 sound running in the background.
