I've checked your account and it doesn't look like you've pre-ordered the game from the Ubisoft Store. You have a linked PSN account so I'm assuming you've pre-ordered via the Playstation Store. If that's the case you'll need to get in touch with Sony if you are having any problems with your pre-order and the early access that's supposed to come with it.

What's your favorite loadout so far, and what are you grinding for right now build wise?

Could you please message customer support with this information? I'm seeing very mixed reports on the performance in DX12 with 419.35, so any additional data would be highly appreciated.

What platform are you on? If you are on PC, I've seen users reporting that turning of Dolby Atmos or other 3rd party audio config software like Logitech's will solve this.

There should be ambient sound aplenty :)
