If the DLC is a different region than the base game, the game may not recognize the content. If you're having issues with your region, I recommend reaching out to Sony, as they will be able to point you in the right direction.

Judging by the person who posted it (JokerUnique) i'm pretty sure that gets forwarded to Ubi as it seems he has some weight.

It doesn't allow you to gift any because the purchase button is disabled when you already complete the entire event yourself. I wanted to gift 3 to a friend but couldn't due to this.
roger that, would it be too much to get a screenshot of that purchase button, just so I can go in with extra "ammo" in terms of visually showing that you are unable to?

However the event is over and is in the cool down period, in this period you can only use up leftover keys already in your inventory :) I believe that would extend to purchasing as well ( will get clarification on that).

Have you completed the event ? Maybe that's the problem since you can't buy keys anymore once you complete the event
