The Memento has joined the general loot pool, so your best bet will be to farm targeted backpack loot. It can also be acquired in the Exotic Caches as well! (I finally got mine last week in a cache)

We are actively looking into this with the uttermost priority, rest assured the team is doing what they can to get to the source and resolve this.

Sending your systemfiles to support would really help us with this, same with videos of the crash as well as steps or actions that were taken prior to the crash such as what programs, activities ++ you were doing.

What the hell happened to the PS5 version? So many effects stripped and the resolution is not even native 4K. This version is graphically bugged.

This is fixed internally and will be fixed in a minor Title Update early March.
