Would either of you be able to find out and let us know if your friends (that you are wanting to play with) own the game from the same storefront (Ubisoft Connect, Epic, Steam) as you do?

Thank you for all the details about the testing you did! Just to confirm, when you say people are appearing offline, is this specifically in game? Do you notice if these people also show offline in Ubisoft Connect as well while they're showing offline in game? Or are they online in Connect for you but offline in game?
You also mentioned your friend had the same issue, can you let me know if using an alternate account helped him work around the issue as well?

Just to confirm, does clearing the cache for the client, reinstalling or running as an admin help at all?
