Hi Tenno, this is not a bug or error but instead a necessary condition of Cross Platform Save as it relates to Nintendo. Platinum purchased on Nintendo Switch cannot leave the Nintendo Switch ecosystem, however, whatever you purchase with the Platinum (excluding TennoGen that is not licensed for iOS) will be available when you're playing on iOS. In other words, any Platinum acquired on the Nintendo Switch can only be spent on the Nintendo Switch version of Warframe. What you buy, mind you, can move across platforms.

Hi Tenno, we're taking a look now. In order to help speed up our investigation, is it possible to send a screenshot of what you are seeing when you try to select mods? Are the buttons missing / cut off?

We've just released Jade Shadows hotfix 3, which should have addressed this issue across all platforms! Please give it another try and let us know if you're still unable to get in. Thank you!

iOS Specific Notes:

• Fixed a missing touch control prompt during a quick time event in The New War involving two Sentients on board Praghasa.  
• Fixed being unable to move the camera to use Void Sling during the Chimera Prologue.

Additions: 

• Added Wisp Prime’s Theme to Varzia’s Prime Resurgence Offerings for Aya. 

Changes: 

• Improved the accuracy of Frost’s Freeze projectile when cast within Snow Globe. 
• Temporarily disabled Aiming Down Sights on fishing spears to prevent a soft-lock issue.

Thank you for clarifying! The fact your phone language is set to Japanese is actually quite relevant as we discovered an issue last night that prevents players using Japanese language settings from advancing past the opening screen. This is for all platforms. We are releasing a fix later today that should resolve this!

Hi Tenno, can you give us more information like when the screen goes black?
Is it immediately upon launching the game? Or is it after a certain mission or action? 
What device are you playing on? 

If you can save & send your game logs the next time you are playing on iOS, that would be incredibly helpful. I'm including details on how to send & share logs

For those who purchased the Lavos Yersin Skin between Jade Shadows’ release and Hotfix #1 and were missing its custom Shoulder Guards, they have been sent to your account. You may need to manually equip them in the Arsenal in order for them to appear.

Changes:

• Changed the name of the “Shotgun Cannonade” Mod to “Semi-Shotgun Cannonade” to match the naming standard of the other Semi-Trigger Cannanade Mods ...

Jade Files Now Available Jade’s files are now available on the Steam Workshop!

Like all of our Warframes since Revenant, Jade uses new tech and thus is missing textures in the ZIP file. It’s on you as the creator to make these maps yourself without any reference files. Below is a list of what is included in the ZIP:

• Normal
• Emissive
• Material ID Mask (Tintmask)
• Body and helmet meshes

To be clear, you are expected to still make the specular, roughness, and diffuse maps -- we simply can’t send you a reference for comparison.
