Thank you for the report Tenno. Are you certain that you are looking directly at the Dax soldier, and still not getting a lock on prompt? The Contextual Action Button will only appear when you are looking at the Dax soldier. If at all possible, please send along a screenshot or clip of what you are seeing on your end. 

Also please let us know what device you are playing on. iPhone 15, 13, iPad Pro Gen 3 etc ! 

Hi Tenno, thank you for the report & sorry to hear you're experiencing this. Could you please clarify what iPhone or iPad model you're playing on, and what OS you're running? Lastly, does this happen every time you play in Duviri, or only sometimes? 

It would be excellent if you could send us game logs after the next time this happens. Even if you have to close and relaunch the game, that's okay. You can go to Options > Account > Send Error Logs -- tap the mail app icon, then send the logs to [email protected] with a short description of the issue (ie "No UI in Duviri") so we know it's you! 

Hi there, please post a screenshot if at all possible. It sounds like you might be misunderstanding the nature of the Platinum discount? Often you might get an offer for a % bonus platinum with the purchase of a Platinum pack. 

We reworked how Platinum Coupons & Discounts worked last summer.

 In the past, on consoles, you might have seen a promo that offered you % discounts on items in-game. Based on what you're describing, you likely received a promotion that offers 75% Bonus Platinum with the purchase of a regularly priced Platinum Pack.

As per our June development update post, issues like this are of course still on our list, but development priority is currently focused on critical performance issues & bugs. As such I can't offer a timeline for when Decorations will be fixed. 

Hi Tenno, thank you for this report! This issue seems to be related to the weapon of choice, autofire,  and the fire rate.

Hi Tenno! Are you playing as a specific Warframe when this happens? Please share as much detail as you can!

The next time this happens, it would be incredibly helpful if you could send along game logs. You can get your game logs by going to Options > Account > Send Error Logs OR by tapping the top left corner of the launcher screen. 

Then, tap the mail app icon and send the logs to [email protected] -- please include a short description of the issue so we know it's you!

Hi Tenno, 

We have received reports of some players being unable to get past the Launcher screen. We are actively working to resolve these issues, but have instructions for the time being. 

First, be sure you are running the latest iOS on your iPhone or iPad device. Many users who have reported a crash after hitting "Play" on the launcher screen are running iOS 15. 

If you are encountering the separate but similar issues where the "Initializing" bar is looping, or you are being told that a new update for Warframe is available when you know you are on the latest version, please follow these instructions:

• From the Launcher page, you can send Digital Extremes error logs by tapping the top left of the screen. 
• You will be prompted to send or save error logs. Tap the mail app icon, and send your logs to mobile@...

Hi Tenno, this is an experimental, limited time round in the sense that we are only going to consider 1999 style items submitted before September 27th. 

The idea is that after Sep 27, we will work with artists to get several included to ship on all platforms when Warframe: 1999 releases! Once in game, any items that were accepted will permanently be available. You don't need to worry about the accepted items disappearing.

We received the email, thank you! Please be sure to update your iOS to the latest version! Running a two year old operating system (iOS 15.6.1) is causing the crash after hitting play.

Hi! Are you able to get to the launcher screen? If so, please tap the top left corner of the screen instead of tapping play. You will get a 'send error logs' prompt -- tap your mail app icon, then send those logs to [email protected] ! please include a short description of your issue so we know it's you. 

Also please clarify what iPad Pro you are using and what operating system you are running. Are you on the latest iOS?
