Tenno! If you are experiencing this issue there is a big way you can help us get it fixed!
Even if you can't get into the game, if you're stuck on the launcher, you can send error logs by tapping the top left corner of the screen to 'send error logs'
Tap the mail app icon, then send your error logs to [email protected] -- include a one sentence description (i.e. 'can't connect' , 'says I need to update', etc) so that we know what your issue is.
Also be sure you are on the latest iOS version! There may be issues if you are still running, for instance, iOS 15 from 2021.
Thanks for the report, Tenno. Could you also clarify what iPhone or iPad model you are using? This will help us narrow down our testing and our optimization needs.

Hi Tenno, we are trying to get to the bottom of this. Can you tell me what iOS you are on? We are noticing some issues when players are still on an older operating system, such as iOS 15.
To help us diagnose, the best thing you could do is send us your game logs! Even if you can't get into the game, you can actually retrieve game logs by tapping the top left corner of the screen on the launcher page. It will prompt you to save or send the logs. Tap the mail app icon, then send the logs to [email protected] with a short description of the issue (i.e. "launcher is looping" just so we know it's you!)

Having said that, we have a fix for the grey screen issue with Railjack coming in a hotfix tomorrow!

Last night at 12:08 AM EST we experienced 25 minutes of connectivity issues across Warframe on all Platforms, as well as our website. Our IT team quickly identified and resolved these issues (“IT! IT! IT!”) and had Warframe and our website back online by 12:33 AM EST.
Things have remained stable, and we continue monitoring for any hiccups. Apologies to those who were trying to play last night!
Hi Tenno, we are aware of this bug and apologize for the inconvenience. While it is not fully resolved, in our July 20 TennoCon hotfix, we added "Concede Game" UI so that you can in fact exit the Komi game. This will prevent players from getting trapped on the screen. More fixes incoming.
Hi Tenno! That is certainly strange. In order to help us solve your issue, please send us your error logs! Please tap the top left corner of the launcher screen (or go to Options > Account > Send Error Logs).

Little update, Tenno! If you purchase on the PlayStation Network, you have to launch your Warframe account at least once on PlayStation for the items to show up in your account (on any Cross Platform Save device). So for instance, if you purchased it on PSN, then launched Warframe on iOS without first launching Warframe on PS4 or PS5, Warframe on iOS will not know that you are owed those items. Hope that makes sense and solves things! :)
