EDIT: fixed in Jade Shadows Hotfix 9! 

UPDATE: are you certain that you are at point of the Orowyrm closest to its head? If you try using Transference when mounted  but not all the way at the top of the dragon, you'll get the "Ability In Use" message. Make sure you have reached the head of the Orowyrm before attempting Transference!

If that still doesn't work...

Can you send an error log to [email protected]? Ideally shortly after a failed attempt, but if you did one recently, that should be fine. 

Head to options > Account > Send Error Logs. You'll get a prompt to save or send your logs. Tap your mail icon, send to [email protected] and include a short description in the email title or body just so we know it's you! Thank you Tenno!

Thank you! Are you playing the Duviri Paradox Quest, or just completing Lone Story of "The Duviri Experience" ? 

And when you can't control Orowyrm with Tranference, do you mean you are able to use Transference but once you are the Orowyrm you don't have control of the game? 

Hi focus, can you provide a bit more information? We're not able to diagnose the issue and we're not aware of other players being unable to ride or transfer to Orowyrm. 

1. Can you send a video or picture of what you're experiencing?
2. Can you clarify if you mean you can't grab onto the Orowyrm? Or you can't control the Orowyrm with Transference near the end of the encounter?
3. What device are you using? i.e. iPhone 15, 14, iPad 9th Gen etc
4. Are you using a controller or touch controls? If a controller, which controller?

Thank you for the report! It is actually an all platforms bug that the Tenet Diplos specifically does not show players a pickup prompt. It is not all weapons, however. We will fix as soon as we are able!

Hi Tenno, our team is looking into this. Can you confirm that you do not see a lock on option even when looking directly at the enemy Dax?

The lock on button is not permanent on touch controls, but is a Contextual Action Button prompt.

Thanks for the detailed report. Could you clarify which iPhone SE you are attempting to play on? Note that iPhone SE gen 2 (2020) & gen 3 (2022) are officially supported, but gen 1 (2016) is not.

Even though you said you crash after hitting "Play" you can actually send us game logs directly from the launcher screen! Please tap the top centre of the screen. You'll get a prompt to save or send the logs. Tap your email app and send those to [email protected] -- please include a short description of your issue in the email title or description so we know it's you! We'll take a look asap!

Hi Tenno, we have seen some players on all platforms a bit confused by this over the year. 

First, have you checked your Inbox Messages in game? Go to Options > Communication > Inbox. The Message should be titled "We will use this to our advantage"

Another point of confusion: the Mods preview shows a fully upgraded version of Molten Impact. However, you are receiving a base Molten Impact that requires modding. When Mods are shown, they are previewed in their upgraded forms, so that the player can see their full potential

Hi there, I believe you are referring to the Sensor Ring. This is now something that can be toggled on and off, instead of always on. 

The Sensor Ring can be enabled at any time by going to Options > Accessibility > Interface > Sensor Ring Enabled / Disabled

This update is more of a general thing, addressing various crash causes throughout the Warframe experience. Not a specific fix for a specific crash.

We are deploying another update aimed at preventing crashes on iOS. While we are calling this a hotfix, it is actually a small CERT update (learn more about what that means here). Depending on your Automatic App Update preferences, you may need to manually update the app.

When Warframe updates via the App Store, it must redownload the base install (approximately 3.95GB) which overwrites the previous...

Thanks for the report. Do you know if the icon ever appeared when you were looking directly at the Dax soldier? The context action only appears when you are directly facing them

Greetings Tenno, Last week’s 1.2.1 Hotfix 5 reduced the rate of open world crashes, and today’s update addresses many hitching/stuttering causes. While we’ve made progress in fixing crashes and improving performance, we recognize there are still lingering issues.
