I’ll be the first here to admit this issue really sucks for modded servers and we understand the severity of the matter. There is a potential workaround listed above that some folks are finding success with, but obviously .ini editing is not a substitute for a widespread fix. We’re aware of the issue and it is a priority.
Hello friends, seeing several flags coming out of this thread. As does tend to happen in topics about PvP, sometimes the PvP leaks into forum comments. I’m fine with a little bit of heat but please keep personal/ad hominem attacks out of your responses. Thank you!

Your Exiles account and Twitch account will remain linked until you manually disconnect the link from your Twitch account, I believe. If you disconnect your account link, then you lose access to the recipes. I’m not 100% sure about offline singleplayer, will follow up or hope one of my colleagues in Oslo can see this and answer for me when they’re back on. It’s late here in US East.

Progress is cumulative, you do not need to restart from zero. Simply start watching another Conan Exiles Twitch stream with drops enabled to continue your progress.
I can’t speak for anyone else, but I personally don’t mind if you want to talk at each other in the thread; crossing some streams is pretty normal on forums. However you wanna do it.

Hi, I have misspoke it turns out. You will need to link your account in order to be able to stream to viewers and let them earn drops. You can still earn drops yourself before you link your account however.
I’m actually not entirely certain what the answers are for these. Will relay to the team and follow up.
Answer from programmer:
“The Twitch account gets linked to your Exiles account. You will need to keep it linked or you will lose the recipes, but all characters on your account, present, past, and future will have access to them, just like the DLC recipes”

I’m running a mostly vanilla install with only a few mods (all currently disabled) and I can see the button.
I’m stumped, yo. It’s probably something incredibly simple we’re missing, too.
