This fix is a priority for us and has been corrected internally. It is slated to roll out very soon once we get a couple other things squared away.

No news at this time, though we’re still working on V2. I’ll loop back around, but I suspect it’s not a priority at the moment. Will keep pushing, though!
Hey there, as we mentioned last year, we had V2 devs temporarily move onto Darktide to help with launch, so that slowed V2 down some. These devs have returned to V2, so development on V2 can continue.
Sorry to keep you waiting for so long, but she’s worth it!
Edit: Clarification.
It’s not likely something we’d distribute as it’s not our IP and don’t make that call, so we’re restricted in that regard.
Not yet, but can ask about it tomorrow.
These fixes were rolled out last week for PC and this afternoon for Playstation and Xbox. Since this is a backend update, there should be no need for a patch download. These fixes will become active the next time you boot up the game.
Fixed the infinite loading for the advent calendar
Gave the advent missing rewards from last week as a sign-in reward for players that missed out on it due to the bug above
Fixed ‘Claim all Bögenhafen Cosmetics’ challenge not counting weapon skins bought through Lohner’s Emporium
Note: This is a re-posting of the FAQ thread that has been posted to Steam, found here: Sienna's Release FAQ :: Warhammer: Vermintide 2 Helmgart Keep - General Discussions
We have an announcements tab here as a subtopic. We normally post the same larger comms there as Steam and Reddit (community updates, patches, etc.). We normally use Discord and reddit for smaller comms, but we can for sure consider popping our heads in more here as we work on our processes to get more information to you all when we can (there’s a Psyker joke in there, somewhere).
Reddit is also community controlled, so outside our own posts, we don’t have control on what gets flaired as an announcement there.
Sure, you can also take a brief timeout as well as creating antagonistic threads for CMs to close is against the rules.
We of course are working on supporting console in the future, but it is not the team’s sole focus, no.
Hey, what platform are you on and where are you experiencing the crashes?
The team definitely has hotfixes for a variety of community-noted bugs in the works, but likely pushed after our comms.
It’s unlikely the community update will happen today. This is frustrating, we know, and we know we’re not putting out info as fast as we’d like and as fast as you all deserve. We want to ensure any community update we put out is 100% accurate. This means making sure we dot our i’s and cross our t’s. As we’ve mentioned elsewhere, we’d like it to go out end of this week, if not next week.
We appreciate your feedback on Kerllian’s cosmetics, but since this thread is likely to go the same route as the Darktide thread OP posted, it will be locked. It’s unlikely Kerllian’s covered face will change in the near future.
Today we are excited to announce that our newest adventure map, Trail of Treachery, will release January 17 on Playstation!

She’s a bit camera-shy, don’t expect her to show her face soon, I’m afraid.
So the team has been looking at the feedback and giving it serious thought. We’re discussing what we’ve read and how to solve it, what the priorities are, and how we’re moving forward with those priorities.
We genuinely want a game players can be happy with, and know there are pain points; so we’re sitting and figuring out which community-flagged points we should focus on solving. These discussions take a bit of time, so with everyone back in; we’ve been heads down focusing on these points and their solves.
Sure, further discussions happened internally; big ones; so comms needed to be rewritten and re-firmed up. In order to put those comms out, those discussions need to conclude internally, which couldn’t happen until after the holidays.
