Hey, as Taragin mentioned, a chunk of the office was away on holiday, and for many Swedes, it’s common to take Christmas to Three Kings Day off. The sharks are back in the tank, which means we can start discussing, developing, and getting game updates out again. We’re looking at having comms out earliest this week.

Should release early this year. We’re in cert with them right now.

It’s not a bad idea. If I recall correctly there might have been some limitation on our end there, but I can check in next week.

Hey, I don’t think we have plans to turn on dismemberment for next-gen consoles as even on next gen, the cpu demands are very high, and dismemberment might affect your performance. But we’ve been considering a remaster for the console version, so when the team’s back, I’ll find out if that will reintroduce dismemberment should we activate on something like that.

It’s ultimately going to depend if the (heartening, from what I’ve heard) discussions happening internally come to definite conclusions as we return from the holidays, as well as making sure that the info we want to go out with has everything aligned to distribute to other outlets (if you’re eagle-eyed, you might notice some community updates coincide with reports from other media outlets).

You’ve been with us for a while, and based on past communications this year, we’re being more cautious than usual with this next one and playing a bit close to the chest on when it’ll be released, just to be on the safe side.

Fatshark Forums and Reddit are usually more “dev active.” Discord goes a bit too fast for us to parse regularly; Steam Forums we keep tabs on. We post larger comms to all of them, as well as grab data from all of them as well.

So I did manage to have some back and forth with some devs over the holidays and hopefully some good news is in the pipes. To avoid me having foot in mouth syndrome, I obviously can’t promise what, when, and how; but I’ve heard heartening things internally; at least! Stay tuned for some updates after the new year.

Bring this discussion back on track to the game instead of attacking each other, else it gets locked.

Right now, the outline color cannot be changed, but I can bring this back to the UX team as color changing would be a good accessibility option in the future.
