I think one of the cool things about lower level embers is particularly in Consumables, where we allow you to stack the same bonus across rarities, giving some utility to those lower level consumables. But there's always good places to balance and give players more agency over their currencies, so we're definitely always looking for opportunities to tune the economy.

Yup sorry, this would be a bug. Shards are not earned in challenges nor path to glory, and 'agent bonuses' are not a thing. Thank you for pointing this out. We'll get the text fixed.

Sorry - this was an odd one, because the helmet on the Sentinels is actually the same as the default Ranger helmet, which is why it doesn't come with that suit. But that set IS the Sentinel set if you play with the colors a bit.

Hey there! We're not happy with the downed experience right now either. We're actively working on some solutions, but as you noted there's several smaller problems that add up to a larger one, so there's a few solves here and we want to get it right.

Yes. If you want to replay the story or roleplay as a different character, you have the option to make an additional pilot. You will share some things account-wide however, like unlocks, currency and challenges.

Experience comes from feats. One feat may be to kill 50 enemies, but there is no experience gained outside of feats (such as XP per enemy). Feats reset every expedition (and they are earned and shared as a group).

The design of crafting material harvesting is not to be scarce. Freeplay provides the most efficient and best way to gather crafting materials.

We also sell crafting materials for Coin (the sweat/grind currency), but the intent there is simply convenience of you need that last one or two or ten extra materials, and you don't want to go out to delay to gather. It's another option available to you but certainly not meant to replace going out and gathering.
