Sure thing, I get what you mean. Ahskance and I have thankfully been able to be a part of many more aspects of the company, so that means the time I spend reading posts has decreased, but it doesn’t mean the things I say mean less.

I honestly appreciate hearing what you guys prefer to happen if I legit get something wrong, because it’s going to happen now and then

You're kidding, right?
Hannover is super fun if you like secondary-build battleships. Stay at mid-long range and charge up your "F-meter" for when you trap something within your maximum secondary range and then watch them melt. You're one of (if not THE) tankiest thing in the game, so playing like a super-GK will get you an impressive game almost every time.

Every week we make a report on the overall activities, sentiments, and happenings of the players on the NA Forums. We then break it down in to specifics with examples and links to threads.

We have been doing exactly what you're asking for a very long time.

Ahskance and I play quite a bit.

Lately my stats don't show as many games because I've been playing the test ships and seeing how they play.

2013 is when I made my Wargaming account. I played 17000 battles in Tanks before coming to ships.

I could edit the post I suppose. I didn’t want people to think I was trying to hide a mistake.

Maybe they will

Sims, Akatsuki, and Mahan have worse overall WR's.
Blys was released in 2015. Being widely used and old is often a recipe for a ship not having very good results - just look at the stats for the German and American BB lines. Their win rates are terrible and it's partly due to the fact that new players in NA are familiar with those ships and try them first - hurting the WR.

I mean... I like it

No. I do not think that.

Ah my mistake - those KOTS were before my time.

Blys is still a great ship. She has the biggest AP broadside of any T7 destroyer, second largest HE salvo, along with a decent range, decent ballistics, smoke, and second-best torpedo reload. Blys doesn't quite have the niche she used to, but it's honestly a great ship.

I can tell you that we have not stopped looking for ways to address the spotting issue about CV's in clan battles.

Because the community-driven tournament known as King of the Sea was created by the community, not WG. That was the format they chose when carriers were still in RTS format. They tried it once with RTS CV’s and the community said no, so the creators kept it without CV’s.

When WG purchased KOTS, the community made it known that they did not want the format to change, so it hasn’t.

CV’s are balanced according to the 12 v 12 random battle format as all other ships. In smaller formats some CV’s overperform to a degree just like some surface ships overperform in smaller formats.

I guess I’m not sure where you’re aiming your criticism.

This is not remotely true.

Balance changes happen all the time to every ship class and we’re not shy about explaining why.

Please be careful making sweeping statements about malicious intent. There’s a difference between having a constructive discussion about balance and claiming malevolent intent.

Because being balanced for Random Battles and balanced for competitive are two different things.

Petropavlovsk was not the terror in randoms that it was in Competitive because a team of players working together with a predetermined plan and audible coms can make maximal use of what Petro did best - tank and deny caps with radar at minimal risk.

Ships are balanced for 12 v 12 inherently, so when the game modes go to 7v7 or 9v9, certain ships begin to shine where they didn’t so much before.

No CV’s has been the format for every King of the Sea tournament except 1 (to my knowledge). The WSC tournament continues that format.
EDIT: Turns out I was wrong about this. RTS CV's were in the KOTS format in multiple seasons. After the rework, 1 season was tried with the new CV's and it was decided not to use them going forward.

Like I mentioned in your other thread - the ship has a choice between 113mm and 133mm guns. Just equip the other module.

The ship has the option of mounting either 113mm or 133mm guns. I suspect one of your accounts has a different module attached than the other.

the choice is yours, hero!
